WE CURRENTLY DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES.  YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) TO US FOR A REFUND, AND THEN PLACE A NEW ORDER TO GET THE ITEM(S) OF YOUR CHOICE.

RETURN POLICY:
WHITESMILE.NZ WANTS YOU TO LOVE YOUR PURCHASES. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND, WE ARE HAPPY TO REFUND ANY UNSUITABLE MERCHANDISE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE PROVIDED THEY ARE IN A RESALABLE AND UNUSED CONDITION SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. REFUNDS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ORIGINAL TAGS, VALID ORIGINAL RECEIPT, AND FILL IN OUR RETURN FORM HERE OR CONTACT US HERE FOR INQUIRY

ADDITIONALLY, WE DO NOT COVER RETURN POSTAGE ON ITEM(S) BEING SENT BACK TO US. A TRACKING NUMBER IS REQUIRED TO BE EMAILED TO OUR RETURN DEPARTMENT ONCE YOU HAVE SHIPPED THE ITEM(S). YOU ARE LIABLE FOR ITEM(S) UNTIL IT ARRIVES BACK AT OUR WAREHOUSE. IF WE DO NOT GET A TRACKING NUMBER AND THE PARCEL IS LOST NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN

RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
RE-PACK THE ITEM(S) IN ITS ORIGINAL COURIER SATCHEL OR IN A SECURE, WATERPROOF PACKAGE WITH LABELS AND TAGS ATTACHED

COVER YOUR ADDRESS LABEL WITH THE LABEL PROVIDED BY OUR RETURN DEPARTMENT. CLICK HERE TO MAKE AN INQUIRY.
RETURN THE PACKAGE BY USING YOUR POST OFFICE AND OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE FROM THE POST OFFICE.
 (NOTE THAT ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK TO US WITH A TRACKING NUMBER AND RETURN POSTAGE PAID BY YOU.) PLEASE DO NOT POST THE PACKAGE THROUGH THE POST BOX WITHOUT OBTAINING A CERTIFICATE OF POSTING. 
KEEP YOUR CERTIFICATE OF POSTAGE AS YOU WILL NEED THIS AS YOUR PROOF OF RETURN. 

RETURN PROCESSING:
REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN APPROXIMATELY 7 BUSINESS DAYS (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS). AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN.

ON RECEIVING YOUR RETURN THE NEXT STEP IS FOR US TO INSPECT THE ITEM(S). ONCE OUR QUALITY INSPECTION IS ACCEPTED WE WILL REFUND YOUR CREDIT / DEBIT CARD. THE FUNDS SHOULD APPEAR ON YOUR BANK STATEMENT WITHIN 3-5 WORKING DAYS (DEPENDING ON YOUR CARD ISSUER).

WE WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED AND SEND YOU AN EMAIL AS SOON AS YOUR PARCEL ARRIVES BACK AT OUR WAREHOUSE, AND AGAIN WHEN WE HAVE PROCESSED YOUR REFUND.
