We are happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable merchandise within 7 days of purchase. Provided they are in a resalable and unused condition. Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind on all sale items. Refunds must be accompanied by original tags, and valid original receipt. WhiteSmile.nz reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if item(s) are returned used, soiled or damaged. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees Act.
Please Note: If you choose to send your item(s) back to us, your original delivery fee is non-refundable.
Additionally, we do not cover return postage on item(s) being sent back to us. A tracking number is required to be emailed to our return department once you have shipped the item(s). You are liable for item(s) until it arrives back at our warehouse. If we do not get a tracking number and the parcel is lost no refund will be given.
Our return policy is in addition to your rights under the consumer guarantees act 1993.
To request a return or exchange email our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Re-pack the item(s) in its original courier satchel or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags attached.
Return the package by using your post office and obtain proof of postage from the post office. (Note that all return items must be sent back to us with a tracking number and return postage paid by you.) Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
Keep your certificate of postage as you will need this as you proof of return.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within approximately 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return or exchange.
On receiving your return, the next step is for us to inspect the item(s). Once our quality inspection is accepted we will refund your credit / debit card. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (depending on your card issuer).
